At CLEAN we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service. After identifying key areas for improvement with our current phone system, we are excited to introduce a newer more resilient solution based on Microsoft Teams.
What’s Changing? On November 4th, the upgraded phone system will go live with new numbers:
- Linen & Workwear Customer Service: 0330 818 7001
- CLEAN General Enquiries: 0330 818 7008
The new system will feature services from Call Tower for voice communications and TalkDesk for customer service to serve our customers better.
Rest assured, while our current numbers will no longer be in service from 4th November, this change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing customers with the best service possible.

The new phone numbers will come into effect on Monday, 4th November 2024.
