As the festive season approaches, we want to inform our valued customers about the upcoming changes to our schedule:
Holiday Closures:
- Christmas Day: Wednesday, 25th December 2024
- Boxing Day: Thursday, 26th December 2024
- New Year’s Day: Thursday, 1st January 2025
On these days, our laundries will be closed, and no deliveries will be made.
Customer Service Centre Opening Hours: Our linen Customer Service will also be closed on the above bank holidays. However, except for these days, our team will be available to assist you. Please note the adjusted hours during the festive period:

Streamline Counts Submission: To ensure you have sufficient linen stock during the holidays, please manage your stock levels according to your occupancy levels. If your regular delivery falls on a closure day, you can adjust your Streamline schedule and orders accordingly. We will accept Stream Linen and Linen counts earlier than your scheduled day during this period.
Christmas Week: If your Streamline count is usually made on Wednesday or Thursday please submit your counts by 10 am on or before Tuesday, 23rd December.
If you’re unable to submit a count due to reduced housekeeping staff, we can arrange an average usage delivery schedule to ensure you receive a delivery. Please contact your customer service team for more details.
New Year Week: If your Streamline count is usually made on a Wednesday, please submit your counts by 10 am on Tuesday, 31st December (New Year’s Eve). If you’re unable to submit a count due to reduced housekeeping staff, we can arrange an average usage delivery schedule to ensure you receive a delivery. Please contact your customer service team for more details.
