The win came as a result of completing our quick and easy to complete linen customer satisfaction survey. By way of thanks all respondents were entered into the prize draw. The short customer satisfaction survey is devised to explore customer experience and help CLEAN to gain insight into ways in which we can improve our service and provide additional help to customers with their hospitality linen service.
