Josh first started working for CLEAN in 2013 as a Production Operator, feeding linen into the ironer. Through hard work and determination, he was moved to the towel folder and trained to work in the wash house. After a year of working for CLEAN, he was promoted to Production Supervisor where his role was to supervise production, help wherever he could, report any accidents or machinery malfunctions to the engineers. After three years of being production supervisor, he was promoted to Production Manager.
His role as a Production Manager is to lead the production team to meet the daily demand from our customers. He strives to continuously improve the team’s performance, processes and quality to provide our customers with the best service possible. He also conducts the interviews for new Production Operatives who wish to join our team.
