On Sunday, October 6, the prestigious Bournemouth Area Hotel Association (BAHA) Awards took place at The Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth.

It was a night to remember, filled with recognition and celebration of the unsung heroes of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council’s multi-million-pound hospitality sector.
Celebrating Dedication and Hard Work
The awards celebrate the loyalty and hard work of all staff members across the hotel industry, recognising their tireless efforts to elevate the guest experience and continuously drive our industry forward.
A Gathering of Industry Professionals
More than 110 staff from various hotel departments, along with 50 sponsors and partners from businesses across the area, attended the event.
Housekeeper of the Year
We are thrilled to announce that Dorota Gornik was awarded the Housekeeper of the Year, proudly presented by our Regional Sales Manager, Darren Hunter, and sponsored by CLEAN. A huge congratulations to Dorota for her outstanding dedication and hard work!
Commending the Runners-Up
We also want to commend the two very worthy runners-up, Gunta Garance and Jim Kerr, for their exceptional contributions.
An Evening of Entertainment
The evening was further enlivened by the incredible electric violin performance by Nino Nikolov, who captivated the audience with his talent.
