Customer Service Centre Opening
Please note linen Customer Service will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Besides these bank holidays, customer service will be open, and our team will be happy to help. Please note that the service centre will close at 12 pm on Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th, and 1 pm New Year's Eve, Sunday 31st. The table below details the opening hours throughout the festive period.

How to submit Streamline counts
To ensure you have enough linen stock to cover the holiday period, you must continue to manage your stock levels in line with your occupancy levels. If one of your regular deliveries is usually scheduled on any of these days, you can adjust your Streamline schedule and orders to compensate for these closures. We will accept Stream Linen and Linen counts earlier than your scheduled day during the festive season.
Christmas Week
If your Streamline count is usually made on Monday or Tuesday during the Christmas Week. Please submit your counts by 8 am on or before Sunday, 24th December (Christmas Eve). If you’re unable to submit a count due to reduced housekeeping staff levels, we can organise an average usage delivery schedule to ensure you receive a delivery. Please get in touch with your customer service team to discuss this or if you would like more details.
New Year Week
If your Streamline count is usually made on a Monday during this week. Please submit your counts by 8 am on Sunday 31st December (New Year’s Eve). If you cannot submit a count due to reduced housekeeping staff levels, we can organise an average usage delivery schedule to ensure you receive a delivery. Please get in touch with your customer service team to discuss this or if you would like more details.
