Today is World Mental Health Day. At CLEAN, we don’t think that mental health is something to be focussed on for just one day.

CLEAN recognises World Mental Health Day by announcing Mind as its new charity partner for 2020 - News - CLEAN Services

The World Health Organisation has reported that one in four people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. We know that many of our colleagues, together with their family and friends, will be affected mental health issues, this may something relatively mild to more acute; we also know that to those affected, mental health can be life changing.

For some, mental health is something that isn’t spoken about with others but in today’s society there is no reason why mental health should be less discussed and supported than physical health.

This is why CLEAN has decided to adopt the charity Mind as CLEAN’s charity of the year, for 2020.

Mind, the mental health charity provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding and won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. www.mind.org.uk.
