“I’m one of the Delivery Drivers working as part of the Transport team at CLEAN’s Slough laundry, which specialises in bed linen, towelling and table linen serving hotels in London, South East England and beyond. Slough was purpose built by CLEAN in 2016 I have worked for the company since it opened for business. Being a Delivery Driver at CLEAN is an important role as we are the face of the company customers see most regularly. It is important that we are smart and presentable polite and courteous as we are company ambassadors.”

What does my job involve?
“My job involves driving HGVs from our Slough laundry to customer locations across London and the South East. Generally, we work a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on 2 days off but there is also overtime available as well. We deliver cages or bags of fresh linen and towelling to hotels and collect the soiled linen as we go.”
Whats it like to work at CLEAN?
“Driving can sometimes be a solitary role but here at CLEAN there is lots of support. We work as a team and I have been provided with lots of training to support me during my time with the company, as a result I am always improving as a driver.”
