“I’m one of the Production Team Leaders working as part of the production team at CLEAN’s Camberley Laundry. Here we specialise in bed linen, towelling and table linen serving customers in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire West London and beyond. Camberley was purpose built by CLEAN in 2009 opening for business in 2010. People are often surprised and impressed by the sheer size and scale of the operation here at the laundry.”

“I have been lucky as during my time here at CLEAN they have given me opportunity to become more senior. Hopefully more training will be available, so I can progress further.”
What does my job involve?
“My job involves ensuring that the team meet their targets for productivity and product quality. This means the efficient and smooth organisation of the production area. The team are sorting soiled items, processing hospitality flatwork through the ironers as well as some sorting and packing orders ready for dispatch. I enjoy motivating the team and ensuring we can fulfil customer orders on time.”
Whats it like to work at CLEAN?
“The people here are friendly and happy. I enjoy everything that my role asks me to do and making the operations more efficient. I was privileged to be named as Employee of the Year for the Camberley Site at the recent company awards.”
