”My Career
“I started working for CLEAN in 2014 as a Site Administrator which involved supporting the management team and providing administration support to ensure the smooth running of the laundry. In 2018 I embarked upon the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), later followed by NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. In 2020 I started my role as a full time Health, Safety and Training Manager, responsible for the safety of everyone onsite. Using the knowledge gained in previous roles, I became the CLEAN Yeovil Operation Manager in February 2022”
What does my job involve?
“Organising and planning, to meet the demand of our customers, both internal and external. Managing 200 employees within our Production Department. Working alongside the wider management team to ensure a safe, happy and productive work environment for all.”
Whats it like to work at CLEAN?
“It's very rewarding, some days are challenging, but we all work well as a team and succeed together. I love the variety of my role, every day is different.”
